Stanislav Spurný
Mr. Stanislav Spurny, Managing Director at Benson Oak, Mr. Spurny has 18 years of experience in private equity and management. His private equity career includes five years with Winslow Partners, a USD 30 million private equity fund focused on mid-market companies in the Czech Republic, in addition to his previous experience with Baring Telecommunications Equity and an affiliate of Advent International in the Czech Republic.
Prior to joining Benson Oak Mr. Spurny spent two years as a managing director of ERA a.s., a manufacturer of air-trafic surveillance systems based on multilateration exporting over 95% of its production, and four years as a CFO of GZ Digital Media a.s., a leading European CD and DVD replicator with sales over USD 100 million. Mr. Spurny holds a degree from a University of Agriculture in Prague and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology. He speaks fluent English and Spanish.
